ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
The Something About Mary Foundation is not your average non-profit organization begging for huge financial sums to aid our noble cause. We do not come to you cap in hand, asking you to dig deep into your pockets. We come to you and implore you to be a stakeholder in our dream. We urge you to be a lifetime partner for that indigent child who can’t be sent to school because his parent can’t afford the books. We do not ask you for what you cannot give, we ask for you for that which you are most likely to throw out, your children’s old stuff, them no longer in use, used books, uniforms, shoes, sandals, gym shoes, school bags, clothes of any kind, notebooks and other writing materials.
Mission
Foundation’s Mission
THE SOMETHING ABOUT MARY FOUNDATION MISSION is to provide books and clothing to children whose parents cannot afford to provide books and clothing to their children and to ultimately ensure that each child is sufficiently well provided for and well provisioned to enable that child or young person to focus on education and learning.
MAXIM THE FOUNDATION GOES BY
We would appreciate the kind of gift that folds but we would much rather have the kind of gift that we can just dust off, repair, refurbish and give back to the kid that needs it.
Essentially, we are possibly the one charity in this geographical hemisphere that is not really interested in your money but more interested in what you are willing to chuck away.

Our Foundation
What We Do
The Something About Mary Foundation provides care and support to the neglected or educationally deprived indigent children of Nigeria and offers free educative and other welfare aids to ensure that children from the nursery level to senior secondary level, who are from less fortunate families are catered for. We take the old, no longer in use educational and welfare stuff of our patrons grown up and growing up children and give to those needy kids that are coming behind them.
